Administrative Law
Judicial review of administration is the heart of administrative law.
In Italy most claims against the decision of a national or local government organisation – as well as claims against the decision of a private body providing public services (www.giustizia-amministrativa.it only in Italian language) – are handled by specialised regional administrative courts (‘Tribunali amministrativi regionali - T.A.R.’) and by the Council of State (‘Consiglio di Stato’).
The eight Regional Courts of Waters (‘Tribunali regionali delle acque pubbliche’) and the High Court of Water (‘Tribunale superiore delle acque pubbliche’) have competency for matters related to water (see www.tribunalesuperioreacque.it only in Italian language).
We represent our Clients before administrative judges in administrative disputes.
