Contracts are everywhere. You go through them many times in the course of a day. Contract law is the basis of all commercial dealing from buying a bus ticket to trading on the stock market. Contract law deals with agreement between two or more parties, each of which is obligated to hold up their portion of the agreement.
Better contract drafting leads to fewer disputes.
We are providing our Clients legal services whenever they enter into a contract with somebody.
Our Clients are used to consult the Firm when they want to draw up an agreement, or they want to make an offer or to accept an offer, or they want to make a counter-offer, or they want to revoke an offer etc.
In other words, we are providing our Clients legal services and we are helping when they negotiate some outstanding terms in relation to an agreement (from complex formal agreement to the simplest agreement), so they need i.e. drafting, memorandum of agreement, confidentiality undertaking etc.
Moreover, we are providing our Clients legal services whenever they need to be helped in case of rescission of a contract, rectification of a contract, breach of contract, damages etc. or they have to contract out an agreement.
Of course we are handling and resolving our Clients legal disputes before the judge in civil or commercial actions in relation to an agreement (see Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution).
